And if you had created a ticket for the same on how to solve the Google maps issue, we would have helped you with that over ticket.

Yes, because it's a new platform that just requires new IP address to be added to Google Maps, that's it.
There's no skip button because next step of the onboarding process heavily depends on the Google APIs.
We are not telling it's your fault or our fault. No one is to blame here. There was a offer till 19th, and you miss it. Accept it, move on and be happy that atleast you sign-up on August, as registration will be temporarily be closed from September till the next pricing plan is active for new users.
Also, even if you pay the one time Platform fee, it's a great deal for you. I see you have only Foodomaa and SuperCache module. But with the new platform you will be getting all modules inbuilt + all the android apps. If that's not good enough for you, nothing I say will change your mind.
