  1. May I please know whether the push notifications works zone wise?
    Is this possible for the zone manger to send push notifications to its zone customer only?

  2. Also could we restrict the zone manger to access the all users option to only users registered in its zone?
    so the zone manager can only access the users of its zone only.

  3. Could we hide user registration numbers under 'Send Push Notifications' tab for manger roles.

  4. Would it be possible to apply buy one get one free coupon code for store categorise.

  5. Would there be any possible for applying coupon code for store's selected category.

Hey my scheduling order not working..i have set all things in correct way...i created ticket also but no response.. please fix me it

    MrCam ticket was created 5hrs ago, today and tomorrow is a non working day for support channel.

    Please explain clearly on ticket on what is not working and what is expected. (Video recording if possible) - so that when the support team is active, they can quickly help you resolve the issues.

    (There are no know issues on Order Scheduling unless something is not configured properly, or misunderstanding of how Order Scheduling works)

    Also please donot post these messages on Forum as the ticket was already created and it's completely off topic from the Post Title

    @Saurabh Sir, I have seen this features and UI in your Demo Website (foodomaa.com), but Haven't seen This features in my New platform App, Please let me Know
    1) Coupon Apply
    2) Show this line in Order placed Options

      Abiz009 that's just for users understanding as the video is just 8 seconds long, everything cannot be shown like how it is on Foodomaa in the preview video. I hope thats clear.

        Saurabh Regarding this, do we already have "Live order tracking with delivery location" like whats advertised on the new frontend of foodomaa website? Thought it takes few seconds before the delivery rider locations gets udpated before? TIA

          Yvonne In the new platform, it is Live Order Tracking without any delay. It depends on the network condition as well as the GPS of the Delivery Guy phone.

          If the delivery guy phone is sending it's gps location every second, you will receive the location every second. No delay.

          (In the old Foodomaa, the delay was 15-30 seconds)

            Saurabh when does the customer starts to see the location of the rider? Upon acceptance of the Rider or when he picked it up?

            Is there any possibility that the delivery guys can see the store phone number on app and initiate the call from there only to the store.

              getmytrend in the new platform we have added "Store manager phone number" filed in the Store editing section.
              In the future, we will be adding function to call the store manager from delivery and customer app.
