Yvonne Context: We dont follow the industry standard in Payment Flow.. Meaning our delivery riders are paying the store immediately and riders are sending us the commission from Stores and Delivery Fee.
I know this sounds not right in your view because this isnt industry staandards but we realized that small businesses that do not adapt wont be able to co-exist and compete, and in my Country, its simply impossible to partner with big food brands if you are new or dont have a "backer" in the industry so no go for "Industry Standard" of payment flow. So to onboard them quickly, we implemented this and it is going well for our Testing City.
But sometimes, due to lack of reporting features or system computation isnt really designed to fit in our own operation, it is becoming a challenge.
