Comment box in cart page to multiline please

It's input, not textarea html element, so you can not. You can change this input to textarea in your code, remember remaining the same id/class.

It can be larger but can not be multiline with text input.
Only textarea can be real multiline.

This is my problem too, users are not able to use return or enter key,

There is no order schedule, there is no comment box on items. This is only way clients can leave their suggestions.
If we get atleast order schedule than moat of the problems will be solved.

I tried to send a support ticket about this, and here is their response

Already in our backlog.

All the user's requirements and requests are logged and we only build that when we get a significant amount of requests for the same request from different users.
