How to remove/not shown select time pop up when creating vendor?

Hi, anyone can help how to remove selecting time/calendar pop up when trying to put store opening and closing time?

i shall need only direct time written at the time input...

Not only you, sure 100% users don't need and don't want this clock.
Very comlicated to insert any value, example 10h30 AM.

And that's just the opening hour, continue the same loop with closing time....
Don't know why this clock is still there?
