We have an option to fix the packing charges Rs.25 as Flat for any order value but I need the custom packing charges as follows. Please advise

i want to know if we can add packaging charges per item. for example if an item packaging cost is 10 then for same two items it should be twenty. but right now, we cannot do that... can you give me an idea how to overcome that
