Why not hide customer contact until restaurant accept the order ?

What about the Self-pickup and if there is a bulk order or bakery order?
ventis "Hide customer detail" causes many problem. Example: the restaurant want to call customer to ask for more information about the dish with un-clear note/comment, or anything else...
I create module with notifications ... after x minutes.
I think that a good idea is to accept or cancel the order when countdown is finished and then send a notification to admin.
