How to integrate tawk.to in foodomaa for customers chat

I want to integrate tawk.to in foodomaa for customers chat kindly provide information regarding this how to integrate tawk.to script in foodomaa please help me.

Ram There are 2 methods

Create a custom page in Modules->Pages with name 'Chat Support'

and add this code in html view there

Add tawk.to widget code in index.html file just before </head> tag

Gopalkumar You can set platform restrictions on it... so it will not show on mobile device but will appear on pc/mac

@Saurabh Sir is it okay to use this plugin ? Cus it says to upload some files into your main directory I hope it doesn't create a mess later on.. i Don't have technical knowledge, I'm doubtful about it that's why asking..

those files used to grab user ID and store ID from foodomaa. and call chat script to append chatbox on your app.
currently this chat used by around 20 users.if you need i can give some customer website links to see before try on your site.

I have reported this issue with foodomaa on a ticket but no luck. I think all of us need a chat system integration.

I am trying my luck for one month, from foodomaa team they say there is no changes made in 3.5 and from tawkto they ask for some changes to be made in the core coding of the foodomaa android app which the foodomaa team has refused due to security reasons. For one month the Tawkto developer are trying hard to find a solution for it but all in vain, I request foodomaa team to kindly look into the matter since it is a must for us to monitor our android app visitors and provide them chat service, it was one of the reasons that the customers were ordering from us, not from our competitors. I hope after so many requests from us, you will consider our request. and provide a solution!
