LioniEspumoni Ofcourse you have option to choose if you want to go with the cloud Platform of the current Foodomaa. No one will force you to adopt the Cloud Foodomaa.
But as I said earlier, advanced features cannot be built in the current version of Foodomaa. So only if your business needs are not being satisfied with the current version (when you scale your business, you need more advanced features for sure, either built it on your own, or move to a different platform) then you might want to switch to the cloud Foodomaa. Simple as that.
We cannot build advanced features for cloud Foodomaa and spend awful lot of time porting that to the current Foodomaa. That's simply the waste of time. What ever is possible we will do to ensure, buisness needs are met. But there is only a certain things we can do, not everything.
