I would like to know if these modules will come out in version 2.9.0, since for my store owners they take up manual orders a lot, currently I use a bobelis...

Saurabh It is not at all correct that the store owner can login to the customer's account. Call and order model should be for admin only. I have also hidden the information of the customer from the store owner. Saurabh you are absolutely right call and order is required only on admin dashboard.

TarunKumar I agree, but as many users were requesting, I added an option for the admin to allow selected store owners to access the customer list and use the call and order module.

Saurabh I feel customers who already using our app will not call the restaurant. Only some of them who are not aware of our service will call the restaurant to place an order.
So we just need to allow restaurant owners to place orders as a guest ( They should not be able to view our existing users ).
And it will be great if the admin can create an account for this new user from the order details.

So the restaurant will not get the details of our existing customers and we will get new users from each order they placed.

Rahul every business has a different requirement, we cannot build a thing that serves all the business models.

Your suggestion is good though, but I see many will want the store owner to login to customer account to palce order too.

No more changes will be made in this module function, else we will be stuck everyday making changes and delay launch.

Rahul Depending on the business model, for example: in one of my apps my clients are shops, stores and restaurants and the people who buy are clients of my clients, not mine, however in another of my apps my clients are the ones who buy but I have solid contracts in which we ensure privacy. It really is very varied when it comes to business models 🙂

I propose to make calls and orders on version 2.0 of the module so that the client calls orders the necessary goods, as soon as the dispatcher clicks on place an order, the module should do so,

Make a search among the site users by phone number if there is such a number, then link this order to this account, if there is no user with such a phone number, then register but do not activate and link to the user.
Then when for example a customer visits the site and registers, the customer will already have access to the order history from this phone number

I suggest adding the function of sending SMS to the client after placing an order using the call and order module, after placing an order, the client receives an sms with a link to the order , and in this case the client will no longer call again to know the status of his order, accepted or not, and generally track the order as usual
