Hey @Saurabh its about new Call and order module, if and order is places as guest, it's possible that customer can track their order? maybe trough order link...

Hi,
I want to get the Call to Order module from codecanyon but I really don't understand how it works. These are my questions.

With the Module, is there an option for customers to login as guests?
Can customers place orders by themselves without having to sign up?
If the answer to the above questions are No, what then is the Use of the Module? How does it work?

Ehis With this ,module admin can login on behalf of customers and place orders alter address and do whatever user can do from their account. And place new order using new numbers for the users who don't know how to use the app and try to place order by calling the business which justify the module name " Call and Order "

Django85 "currently" it doesn't have because we have not built it. No specific reasons.
We will do it later.

Ehis sorry, not on the roadmap. We are not focused in that area.

The customer will have to enter the phone number anyway for the delivery, and we already have OTP login that just takes the OTP on the phone to get them registered.

Guest checkout is not necessary!!!

@Saurabh hello, maybe its a silly question but, is there a way when an owner is placing an order as guest they only can do it for their own store? cause at today they can see all stores and of course can order for other ones, maybe it another countries it is not happening but in latin america everything can happen...

LemuelRodriguez Yes, they can order from other stores too that's the reason it was never recommended to give access to store owner at first place. But some users kept for asking for this feature result in implementation.

LemuelRodriguez I don't think this is a problem, if you are allowing the store owners to take orders on the call, then ask them not to create orders from other stores when the user calls in.

If the user wants to choose from a list of stores, then they will contact the admin (website headquarters)
