soodomaa pls pls do so. and can you help me with this issue. scenario: customers pay via COD (fine) usual rates applies, but if they opt to pay via creditcard they should be charged 5% since we are also charge by payment gateways up to 5%. this is the biggest issue why we cannot use creditcard option.
mars From what I know, payment processing partners provide the facility to charge the customers the payment fees too. You just need to raise a support ticket over to your provider and they'll do it for you.
[deleted] The card payment gateway provider in Phils particularly Paymongo does not have that kind of function. I already raised a ticket on it but it was declined/rejected. I am certainly sure 100% nobody use Paymongo gateway for foodomaa.

soodomaa @Saurabh its useless providing Paymongo payment gateway which nobody uses. If only we can defer COD payment 0% and creditcard payment adding 5% processing fee on foodomaa, solves the problem.

"it's not just me. you must understand that. who wants to use it knowing we will be paying 4.5% for each transaction without passing it to the customers. If you're working on a Saas Foodomaa, you need to fix that. No Foodomaa operator would use creditcard option. very useful innovation but unusable.

mars In most payment gateways, there is an option to charge a certain percentage to the customer during the payment process. Contact Paymongo and enquire about this. This is totally out of the application scope.
Saurabh already emailed paymongo devs. can you add this to Paymongo https://developers.paymongo.com/docs/e-wallets-gcash-grabpay Currently when paying with paymongo, creditcard option is only available, but no wallet payment option. It would be great.
