alabtechnosoft I already raised this looping concern. many of our customers complains they cant register, some clicked send otp 7 times continuously, sent the actual screenshot here, still no respond and action to this bug. this consumes alot of unnecessary otp credits, which translates to higher bills. why the developer here doesn't understand the looping concern with 15 seconds otp. its a bug which needs to get fixed. I suggested to hide the resend otp with simple css hiding div trick, to make them click twice before they can hit the resend button. nobody answers.

this is whatsapp to whatsapp. no cross-over between whatsapp and SMS gateways.
I can make it that way, but I will have to have 2 gateways, whatsapp and SMS.
And you know, SMS is regulated by the phone service provider, so absolutely NO free service from them.
So, you will still be tied with monthly subscription if I offer cross-over solution.

Saurabh brother, we don't need it from admin as you said we don't want to waste your time,...

however please try to understand from our point of view, daily we're getting 10+ email stating that OTP not working even its working fine. So it would be great help if you could let us know how to increase seconds on direct file.

The 15 seconds OTP is too fast. some customers are on OTP resend clicking spree. An OTP loop bug. this should be fixed. It's not a feature request. It's a BUG! Please fix this.

alabtechnosoft 3.0 is already built but on testing, I will make it 30 seconds, that's all we can do.

Saurabh 30seconds will be fine. could you pls make it something like indirect for otp resend request. like they have to click a button then the resend opt button will be shown. hidden div would be ideal...it's only my suggestion. thank you.

hi there @Saurabh can you help. how to re set OTP time interval to 30 seconds or 1 minute. we are still experiencing OTP looping. some new users are having hard time registering.

mars sorry can't help with this again as we have already increased the time to 30 seconds.
Later in the future we will create a dynamic setting where you can define seconds in admin for OTP countdown but it's not on priority for now.
