I found an alternative to Google Analytics, and it is faster to use in terms of real-time tracking, geographic tracking, device tracking, language tracks, live users in your application. Can be installed by adding a <script> tag on your domain/public_html/index.html. place it just after the <head> tag and you can now track the website better and faster than Google Analytics. And it's free 😀

TreasureUvietobore I don't think it can track pageviews for one page application like Foodomaa.

On Foodomaa, we have integrated GA to its core, so when a page navigation changes, an event is fired for GA.

On the script that you are sharing, it will only track when you hard reload the page.
P.S I guess internally the script uses piwik (matomo)

Referrers for applications on android and on iOS can also be tracked. i.e you can see which app is used. other than just the general website address.

Check this flow:

Goto homepage (This will be recorded)
Navigate to another page, for example, a store page (This will not probably be tracked) - unless you manually reload the page. or unless the user directly lands on this page.
If you have live tracking of users, check this yourself.

Why am I saying so?
On a single page application, if you add anything on the index.html page, it will only run ONCE. If you navigate from one page to another, the page is not reloaded (the index.html file is not called again) (unless of course, you reload the page)

BUT, if the script you are using has implemented some kind of browser history listener, then that could work because when the path changes, it will push the new data.

I looked up this and yes it keeps track of every interaction made on foodomaa. it looks up the history other than depending on reloading. And it's accurate that it shows users real life interaction on the website. Difference in seconds. I think it's also great for analytics.

Django85 in the past few hours, about 6 hours. I think users on my app have been able to track about 30,000+ views and over 240,000+ views on the platform generally after implementing the codes on their website. So as the demand gets higher, I'll be increasing the tracking limit. Currently, it's 50,000 and I plan on increasing it to 100,000 in the next hour.

surya90 The tracking code can be placed in resources/views/admin/layouts/master.blade.php file

Then on the analytics add your website. you can also add the /public at the end of the domain name. I've increased the limit to 50,000 page views. With higher demand, the limit will also be increased so everyone can benefit from it. Thanks.

P.S you can also use it on websites other than fodomaa script. It works perfectly fine for any website. and you can also implement it using the API's and its free to call the API's
