More earning required different commission model

Hello everyone,

I think these two options are really important for a business point of view:

1- Commission based on item not based on the whole restaurant menu
2- Commission based on the amount, not percentage

As we do not have the above two options, I am not able to earn more efficiently.

What you guys have done for this? and do you have a customized solution for this?

Commission per item is on the SaaS we are building.
Why fixed amount? Percentage is always better.
Can you elaborate why/in which scenerio fixed amount commission will be better?

Great to hear.
There are many restaurants that want to give us a fixed amount per delivery. They do not want us to give money based on whole sale amount. They said your delivery cost is same either you are delivering 1 burger or 5 burgers. So they said decide any fixed amount and we will pay you that amount either the order is smaller or bigger. I know this is a bit loss for my company but these restaurants are a big names and I want them to keep with me.

Further, we must have an option to change the commission on any category or item, for example, vendors cannot give us the same percentage of commission on beverages as in beverages they do not have much margin.

One more thing is really important. We always add one amount for one product which is the amount we want to show to the customer and want to sell on. But in real scenario, there are many cases in which we purchase food in different rates and sale at different rate and all the commission must be calculated from the purchase amount.

Commission = (fixed amount + percentage), it's good and reasonable for both small order and big order, far or near distance!
