Order schedule module and Argentina timezone issue

About a month ago I bought the Order Shedule module. I installed it on my staging site and found a serious bug, no time slots was shown, only days without time slots or confirmation button. To rule out any type of problem in my installation, I completely removed foodomaa and reinstalled it. The problem persisted so I opened a ticket and the bug was confirmed. Incredibly the problem lies in the local time of the devices in my country (-03.00 GMT). the module time slots are simply not displayed if the device is set to my local time. However, when changing the time zone on any device (eg +04.00 GMT) the time slots are displayed correctly.
Simply, the module does not work on devices configured with the -03.00 GMT time zone.
Unfortunately, yesterday, the card in the critical section of the foodomaa roadmap (https://trello.com/c/iMCjUWxh/441-order-scheduling-module) was archived and, when asking why, I received this response:
"We are really sorry to say that this issue cannot be fixed anymore.
Kindly process a refund process if our module doesn't work for you."
I would like to know if anyone here had the same problem (maybe brazilian people) and if you were able to solve it it would be very helpful if you share how.

Carlos, @Saurabh , I also have the same problem, I've already changed it, but +00:00 GTM Time zone, it works, from the region that starts with -01:00 GTM Time Zone, the module doesn't work

These are my mod. settings, STORE SCHEDULING TIMES are configured and cronjob working. No matter what you do, no matter about script or server time. Just setup your computer clock to -03.00 GMT Buenos Aires, Argentina and you will not see the time slots anymore.

Carlos timezone stuff if very complex and I were not able to find any quick solution for this.

If module doesn't work for you, request for a refund.

(After the refund, the verification code will be asked again if the module is not deleted from the server /modules folder on Foodomaa)

Saurabh I do not want a refund. I invested time and money advertising this new functionality and there are many merchants and customers waiting. I put my trust in your helpdesk and your troubleshooting skills and waited as patiently as possible. I don't want to receive the money I spent on the module, I prefer to find a solution so that it works for me the same way it works for other users.

Carlos Sorry, there are many more important things that need our focus currently.
2K users have Foodomaa and only around 50 have purchased the Order Schedule module and among them, only 2% are the timezone that has an issue.
We cannot prioritize fixing this.

Saurabh 2%? If you have 50 users who bought the mod, then 2% = 1, jajajajaja. Just only me!
Do you plan to use these same support policies for the SaaS version? I ask because if I decided to migrate to this version and had a problem like now, will I have the support I need or will it depend on the number of users who have the same problem?

Need to decide on the future of Foodomaa. Will let the community know weather we will be doing SaaS or not. (Looks like its not happening)

Honestly I am very satisfied with Foodomaa and with the frequency in which new versions appear with more and better features. However, I was excited about the advancements that I was reading about the SaaS version. I have focused my business so that it works according to what the script is today, certainly there are features that I would like to have and that I believe could contribute to the commercial development of my company but I understand the script development times and understand the philosophy of a SaaS version. With this news I am really concerned, in principle because if there is no SaaS version the solutions I need (like bug in Order Shedule mod) will depend on the number of users who have the same problem and, on the other hand, I am concerned about the scalability of my business hand in hand with the script scalability.
At this point I can't deny that I feel really disappointed

Carlos there is no point in spending months in developing a solution when there is little to no support from the community. With the responses we have got (and still getting on tickets) we have lost all the motivations of converting it to SaaS.

Regarding the advanced features, ofcourse there is no way to implement it on the current system (only possible way could be if we bring up a advanced non-saas version - will require fresh installation too with some migration capabilities - this is a moon shot as well)

All these things are not 100% certain. I am still discussing with current users and the team regarding what can be done.

P.S there were many new features for with the prototype were ready for the SaaS. So if we hold SaaS for now, all those will be available on the current Foodomaa. (As a seperate module and some integrated in the core itself) - so a silver lining as well.

Saurabh I understand your point of view, it is a pity that there is not more enthusiasm in the community for the SaaS version. Personally, it would be a great relief for me to delegate absolutely everything that has to do with technical things to focus entirely on commercial issues. However, I also understand that it is a matter of faith to set up an entire business on a platform over which you have no control. Still, I was willing to bet and I was 100% sure of this until I bought the module that is not working in my time zone and did not receive a favorable solution to my problem. Honestly, that situation made me hesitate a bit.
Anyway, I'm sure SaaS or not, Foodomaa will continue to get better and better over time, I don't regret buying the product.
