I know everyone will have their own suggestions however these all is very important to run online food delivery business and i have just mentioned major issues that we're facing now as production.

shashanksinhajmu Good suggestions, but all these cannot be implemented at once. These are for future updates for sure, but not entirely on the next update (3.0)

For 3.0 our priority is to bring the desktop version (if possible) and android Store owner app.
We are also looking possibility for android hybrid customer and delivery application.

There will be other improvements on the platform as well.

Rest are good suggestions few are complex and need discussion before working on them.

I am sure SaaS will come to an end. That being said, please prioritize these if possible

1) API documentation and so people can integrate it into their POS
2) Refer and get credit (both users)
3) Tracking pixel for conversion tracking

Show some respect, we are on pause for SaaS because we care for our customers. I have read all your replies, please be careful with your tone from next time.

Saurabh I don't see value towards the SaaS for this niche. That is why I was against it from the start and it is not to discourage you from making something better.

TBH I use foodomaa only for a single restaurant and it is one of the best scripts I have owned. I do see there are 100s of things that can be added to the script to make it much better.

I believe you consider switching to SaaS and so that development of the script will be supported. The same can be done in an alternative way.

Next time before replying harsh, read the reply in a constructive way as I am your customer and I want you to be succeeded and so I get succeeded too.

Note: I really don't know whether the above reply is still harsh, apologize for such a situation.

1)Any chance or possible to add custom domain for store owner in future roadmap

lots of store asks for this but see if it is simple then consider it.. if it adds complexity or delay your plan the ingore

2) In India GST is key issue.. tax for food is different and MRP item is different.. seems item wise tax is important.. we can not charge gst on colddrinks or water bottle.. so one option is to set zero tax in settings but last month government declared that system owner should collect gst on behalf of restaurants and file gst.. please think about it.. also tax on delivery and packing is different..

3) possible for restaurants owner to give discounts on their restaurants by themselves.. discounts should be deducted from their earnings..

Customer, then delivery then store owner.

Try to understand the development process.
Store owner will be a full native android app, it will take a lot of time in developing and testing it.

You know our standards, we cannot just ship shitty app that is not usable and not visually appealing.

Also store owner application needs many api creation and changes on Foodomaa core.

Saurabh Hello Friend. I am the owner of the extended version, + modules. One of these days I will purchase a "call and order" module. Trello has a map "For CallAndOrder Module, add custom locations defined by the admin" in "Idea Passed" and "Possibility to directly land customers on the Stores Listing page rather than on the location selection page" in "Doing". In my opinion, these tasks should be combined. Restaurant owners should be able to add and change customer addresses. Otherwise, there is no point in the edits.

Marmaris you are mixing two completely different things and you misunderstood the feature also.

In call and order module, if the restaurant owner has been given permission to place order for customers, then they can place order for any custom with any address.

Editing address after the order is placed is entirely different topic.

Saurabh Use chromium embedded framework / Cefsharp in desktop app, It will allow you to take advantage of the web panel and reduce the work of building the app since you will be able to use everything that could be run in a browser as the app's interface.
