I have figured this out.. But this only applies as a complete operation to ALL Stores. Does not give option to adjust PER each store separately.

I think you have some different setup then I do...munless I'm blind,😆...

It's not that easy.
For this development you need the extended version.
backend is easy. The hard part will be on the front end

alabtechnosoft if you have to think why it's required, then you probably donot need it. Disable from admin Dashboard.

alabtechnosoft This is used when your customer wants to get input tax credit.

The Tax input has been very helpful. Not sure about other country's but here in the USA this can be a danger place to be. I was lucky enough to find a good developer to has been Rickshaw's 'right hand man' He integrated the tax for us and has been working successfully.
