someone else is having this problem every time they log out of my account it asks me to verify the license, it happens after i upgraded to version 3.0

ClashTeam I think this will happen for every update just for verification just put your license number.

alabtechnosoft It's not that simple, I always get an error and then I need to open a support ticket and wait for a solution. The big problem is that whenever I log out, I will have to open a support ticket.

alabtechnosoft no it doesn't happen with every update. Once the verification is done you don't need to reverify unless you change your domain or unless your server changes the IP.

ClashTeam the issue is with your server always changing the IP address. They may be doing this because of their internal load balancer.

The only solution is to either contact your hosting provider and ask for a static IP that never changes. Or switch your server to a different one.

If your server keeps on changing the IP, you need to reverify each time. That's how our verification system works. Generally servers IPs are static and it never changes.

again I was blocked by the license I contacted the server and they told me that the ip is static and that it does not change

the strange thing is that it never happened now that i updated to the latest version that this is happening

Saurabh there is a possibility that your server is receiving the ip of my machine

if the ip of my network is not fixed it can cause the problem

ClashTeam the ip of your system is not considered for verification. Ip of your system is always constant, I checked that too.
