Sql issue when manually doing stuffs

i Got this slq error. what i did is setup new staging by install fresh file v3.1 with env set to install true and connect to new database name (by importing sql file from 2.9.1) & migrate manually to sql for new data table structure like info added in migration file

sir @Saurabh @NikhilJain any idea to solve or better way if want fresh install v3.1 but with using v2.9.1 sql file?

The error is self-explanatory. The zones table is present on the database but the migration was not logged in the "migration" table.

Import your "UNTOUCHED" 2.9.x database then update the code to 3.1. Then update.
It will not cause any issue, I am 100% sure. (Unless of course if you have made DB modifications also)
