How display pop up new owner on all pages of owner view

Hi, My client say me: "before the update of my website the pop of new order was displayed on all page".
But on Change log of foodomaa is write : "Restaurant Owner's NEW Dashboard functionality. They will get a popup with when a new order arrives."

Is there a way to display the new order pop up on all pages please ?

toniniyo it was never displayed in all the pages and even on the 3.1 update it is only shown on the dashboard page and not all the pages.

Your client is probably confused.
