WelintondaSilva I had a similer issue. Support team reset my purchase code many times. Every day, after 6-7 hours it was keep asking me to verify purchase code again and again till I changed my hosting. As I was just starting to use foodomaa ao i decided to change hosting. And it fixed the issue.
I think it was because my old hosting was keep changing ip address. I never had any issue since February when i changed my hosting.
