User Roles based on Zones

Can we add Roles based on the Zones ?

For Eg : I have 5 Zones and I want each zone to be managed by a specific user where only those zones orders and store should be visible to that login !

mrjagbk Yes that's what we built with the 3.0+ zones update.

You can create Roles and assign staff to that zone with that role.

I have installed the latest update but unable to create the staff role can you help how to do it ?

Whenever clicked on zones this is the error we are getting

mrjagbk Goto Admin > Settings > All Settings > General > Enable Development Mode.
Then do the same thing to replicate the issue, this time you will get a detailed error message.
Take a screenshot of the error page and post it here.

mrjagbk are you sure you updated correctly?

Kindly download the latest version from CodeCanyon and update again.

The error says that zone id column is not present in the restaurants table, but it is present from v3.0+

Also make sure you didn't touch the DB manually

There is no staff role while creating a user and we are not able to assign staff role

Let me try reinstalling the entire script once again and let you know if i face any issues.

mrjagbk First you create role and assign that role to certain user and assign zone to that user.

you can't assign zone to role reason manager role can have different zones.
