alabtechnosoft I suggest you should send them a massage via SMS or WhatsApp for order feedback wit google form. As if you send any form at the time of delivery then it may be gets ignored by the customer as the person will be busy with their food. Its will be helpful for them if you can send the form after 30min of delivery.
