The problem only happens in some cases (I am checking various conditions), example: admin adds new store and NOT force clear cache yet, then member will see the blank page (favorite page becomes blank)

Please check and confirm!

The problem arises when in the favorites there is an item from a store closed by the administrator

Yes, it's one of many cases.

In general, changing or updating any data (especially schedule - manual or auto scheduling) of any store will cause this problem (even when that modification is not for the stores in favorite list)

I sent this ticket to Foodomaa support, currently they don't see anything wrong at their end.

If you guys also see this bug (even just sometimes), please sent them this problem, so that they will investigate more detail and focus more resource on this.
