one guy ordered food about 200SAR (4000 inr) and selected COD.
We confirmed and took the order. but after reaching him he dont answer the phone.
Can we set COD amount limit ? if it exceeds customer has to pay through online. ?
abgaadelivery +1........yah...This feature is important to prevent from getting scammed...Every time we get order with COD amount above 1000rs...we have to confirm that the customer is genuine by calling them.. Or by lookin after their previous orders...Here this kind of scams are frequent.

SahilBhusane the only way to handle this is to call and confirm COD orders.
There is always a risk in COD and is faced by all big brands too. Very common everywhere.
Later we could build something that will disabled COD if order total exceeds the amount set by admin.
Saurabh We can prevent this some extent if we call the customer. In this case even from our customer care called and confirmed, customer don't accept calls from driver after reaching him.
it will be great if you implement this on future.
