Greenaryworld you can change the icon to anything you want just by changing the image in the assets/backend/images director.
In Swiggy, delivery guy icon is rotated based on their heading direction, on Eagle view it's not, so I am not sure what good the 3d icon will bring.
You will be on your own if you want to customize anything in the eagle view.
