Give admin a authority to cut the store owner's earnings

Today a customer ordered 3 pastries away from 6kms. And after order was delivered. And when customer opened the package. Only 2 pastries were there. He called us. And we get to know that it was the store's fault. And for their fault our delivery boy had to go back 6 kms to store and take the remaining pastry again and deliver to customer. Clearly for their fault we are getting losses. If there would be a way to deduct earnings of vendor, it would be easy to punish the store owner.
An authority to admin to deduct store earnings will solve many more problems.

bhojmandu I've given instructions to both....It wasn't delivery personal's fault as pastries are packed in box in such a way that you can not open it before delivery ...box will get tempered...and as I told before It was store owner's fault and only thing I can do is to tell them verbally...Can't put penalty....If i could cut my loss from their earnings and if i can notify them for what reason I've deducted their earning. It will become easy for both. I don't have to keep records and by agreement they have to pay penalty charges.
If only I could deduct their earnings manually....I'll send them a notification manually or by whatsApp .... just need an authority to deduct their earnings.
For 3 pastries of 180 rs ...I paid my delivery boy 80 rs from my side as he made 3 rounds to store and customer
This might look a little loss but many more such incidents will eventually make huge loss.

SahilBhusane Buddy, I totally understand from your point of view but you should know one thing we're not SWIGGY /ZOMATO and if you're planning to fine restaurants they'll easily left you and they'll spread false news around his circle.

Yes it’s must be necessary many time happened with us restaurants partner busy so they forgot many stuff like Drinking, Sauces,etc after customer call us some times they cool down some are angry they want it must so our driver going back to restaurant than they collect and delivery.

It's not necessary every restaurant we put fee we give them 3 warning after we give them punishment like they pay driver fee+ item item free like this what you think about it . Because here many restaurants they did this special to save penny . You know i mean
