Zomato has plans to expand to over 500 new towns and cities in 2022 where they could generate a revenue of over just 10L/month. Keeping that insight, here are a few features that could help foodomaa community members to coexist with these big players.
Important NOTE for community members: this is just a request to the developers to provide the essential features and every feature below is essential in #myopinion. So, I request everyone not to debate over priority and necessity, let Foodomaa team decide the roadmap.
Important NOTE for foodmaa team: No matter what people say, you all are doing a great job. Keep it up. Now, these features could be very helpful in extending your foodomaa community sales. How? The more active users you have, the more addons you can sell. Apps, Modules, and a lot more in the future. This Zomato wave could shut down a lot of foodomaa users in India atleast. So, just give it a thought. That's all I am asking.

- BOGO offer (Pizza Store Owners do this a lot more than I expected) [MUST]
- Restaurant Slots (Morning Slot/Evening Slot).
- SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK OPTION (For Customers & Store Owners). [MUST]
- OTP ONLY LOGIN (No need for Email ID) - THE INDIA I BELONG TO IS NOT SO EMAIL FRIENDLY ANYMORE. [MUST]
- UPI On Delivery (Could save up on Gateway Cost) - happens a lot in our city. (Card is in Roadmap)
- RUSH IN KITCHEN tag (can be added by restaurant owners if there's rush time). - REASON NECESSARY and DELIVERY TIMING (Store owner set from 35 Minutes to 1 Hour) [MUST]
- Schedule "off-time" in advance. - REASON NECESSARY
- Turn OFF Restaurant with REASON only. [MUST]
- RATE RESTAURANTS after pickup (Rated by Delivery Guy to let us know what situation delivery man face at the store).
- Set Item Out-of-Stock (with Auto turn on after how many minutes or keep it off until manual on).
- Let Store Owners put discounts on their own through the store app.
- MEASURE THE DISTANCE TRAVELLED BY DELIVERY PARTNER (Option for add Fuel & Maintenance per km basis) as every delivery guy with his own bike wants it at all cost.
- LIVE CHAT & CALL SUPPORT for restaurant owners and customers.
- Coupon page during checkout (with the list of all coupons) (Already in Roadmap). [MUST]
- Coupon Commission Distribution between Admin and Store Owner (Already in Roadmap). [MUST]
- Item and Category Scheduling (In Roadmap).
- Offer on selected items/categories only. (Self-Explanatory).
- Business Insight in Store App(Overall Report of Delivered orders, rejected orders, and top dishes).
- Update Store Timing (in Store App).
- RAISE A TICKET FEATURE. (That's an entirely different module I guess)
- Order tracking and Delivery Pin on App Main Page as header.
- Penalty System for store owners on late orders and wrong items delivered.[MUST]
