Dear Friends,
am using Realme 10s , when am sending a push notifications to the customers , They are getting ( don't know how many customers are getting , Mostly getting). But am not getting any notifications receiving late or not receive, alerts directly showing in alerts.
When spoken with one team member he said its depends on Media volume. but am using basic volume or silent with vibrate mode.
When am sending push notifications to all users that time am not receiving , but selected user time receiving . am using Customer App
Kindly suggest Please
