Bug-Payment gateway appears in check out

Hello team,
Even though Razorpay payment gateway is not selected for some stores, default it’s appearing in all the stores.
example; Store-1 has only cod as payment method . However, in the checkout, Razorpay also appearing. We need to fix this asap.

honey There might be a chance merchant has activated Razorpay on his store.

Admin ->All Settings -> General -> Allow Payment Gateway [Disable it]

honey if nothing is selected for a particular store, it will inherit all the gateways that are enabled by admin.

alabtechnosoft the store owner can only select the gateways that are enabled by the admin if the "Allow payment gateway selection for store owners is turned on"

Example if admin as enabled only COD and Razorpay, then the store owner cannot select stripe or PayPal or anything other than COD and Razorpay.

For some of the stores, we don’t want Razorpay option.
