Hi @Saurabh @[deleted] hope everyone's is well.

I just want to share how my ordering process from customer to store partners. We are aware that the notification or new orders will only alarm if the device or browser is open.

Since this is the main issue to our store partners what we do is we call the store for the new orders.

For the upcoming store app I'm looking forward where we can assign all store in one user to the store partners app the purpose is he/she will be notified when every orders arrive. Because the dashboard doesnt have the capability to notify if there's a new order unless you will be looking on the dashboard all throughout the day.

JohnPaulMayuga i am using dashboard without any issue on pc.

Keep an active browser tab always on dashboard.
Enable onesignal notifications on pc.
Enable onesignal notifications on smartphone and change the default notifications tone for new order. Use alert tone that are longer than 10 secs.

never missed any new order.

I'm issuing a pos device like zomato for each store owner. Have you tried that? Like the image attached

JohnPaulMayuga bro i am using foodomaa for a single restaurant. I am not using it for multi restaurant. All i need is a PC. I use to different internet browsers, 1 for Admin and 1 and store dashboard.
