Payment completed but order not created.

hi @Saurabh i have a custom payment method, however sometimes when a user has paid the order is not created. The webhook is successful and its recorded in my database. However the order is just never created.

tusHedel because it's a custom implementation, I am not sure how you have done it. So cannot say anything for sure as every payment gateway flow is a little different from one another.

Saurabh I have customer gateway pay360 hosted and it works fine in the app on the browser etc just like other gateways no problems with orders etc. However , I manager to convert app to an iOS app with a pwa converter and when paying on the iOS app it doesn’t register the order once on the api hosted solution do you have any ideas ?

JBanx for the same reason, they don't want to make an iOS app yet.

You will need to implement webhooks for your payment gateway. Look into your payment gateway integration regarding webhooks.

yeah payments is captured but order is not placed works fine on web browser but not on the IOS app, thanks for that ill look into webhooks now 😄

Turns out I'm already using webhooks so not sure how to solve this issue, i could share code if anyone is interested will pay ££ for assistance

@Saurabh Issue above fixed. iOS app works full functioning minus push notifications not worked on them yet but payment gateway works fine orders place and cancel 🙂
