Button COD not working

I have a problem in completing the order, in practice I accept paypal and stripe payment but COD does not work, not response the button...
could it be linked to my expired google registered credit card? I am waiting to change it, what can I do in the meantime to solve?

I tried to do other tests, opening google chrome f12 I noticed these errors, can they be the cause? I repeat that Stripe and Paypal work very well, the problem is the COD key;

From Mobile if I try to click on the COD button (it answers with unable to access the network)

The only error I see for your domains are related to server not able to cope up with the traffic/load.

Consider upgrading your server. There are many "Too many connections requests on SQL level"

So if the server is not able to handle the db requests the application will not work.

Saurabh it seems strange to me, the server is godaddy business version (seeing the server log, there are many unused resources) indeed in these low season there are a maximum of 10-15 orders per day. Can you tell me how I can get assistance even against payment?
