thanks for your comment when will the new platform go live. you say this all the time almost 1 year for new platform bought all modules cost a lot of money, i can't wait who can help me here, if i knew this before i wouldn't have bought anything

I have just a Question, Are users & store owner information encrypted or not in the new saas version?

    ahsanzahid In the database? No it won't be saved in the database in the encrypted form, as that will take a huge performance hit.

    But, every client has their own database and one client cannot access another database. This security is built to the core of the new platform.

    So you can be assured that your data is safe and your competitors will never get the data even if they too use the new platform.

      Print invoices directly from the app using TCP/IP/WiFi or Bluetooth printer.

      Was curious about the new UI.. 😅 can you share some snaps of new customer app UI ? 😅 And any developments in testing ?
      Please consider this in future updates if we can set customised notification tone. Like Zomato has their custom notification tone.

      Ticket/Need Help option on past orders, window can be closed after a week or 10 Days.
      On checkout page custom options Leave it with guard , No Cutlery, No Call.
      Opening message on Restaurant ( will be open at xx AM, will be closing in xx minutes

          getmytrend after the initial launch we will be working on the store partner app improvements too.
          The critical component like add-ons, items etc will be added to the store partner app.
