Maybe you can consider a customizable Bank Transfer option as a new payment method,
for a cashless delivery, because here in my country, 85% of my customer is using an e-wallet or prepaid wallets like Gcash, Paymaya, Coins, or even online banking for transfer.
Flow for backend - a section where we can put the account name and account number for the Bank or e-wallet payment or transfer.
Flow for customers - upon checkout the users can select the payment option and proceed with the checkout and send the payment to the account shown on the checkout page.
Or use bank transfers or e-wallets to load the customer wallet automatically if possible.
