How to send order cancellation text simultaneously to customer

Hi everyone
Is there any way that we can send ''order cancellation reason" notification text manually or automatically (predefined reason) while canceling customer order. Thanks.

getmytrend As of now we don't have any way from admin dashboard, may be you can manually send SMS /WhatsApp to customer about cancellation reason.

@Saurabh this can help lot when we're trying cancel the order default we'll 5 reason and should pick any while cancel it.
