Call and order module not working

I have purchased the call and order module, but facing some problems.

I am able to login into the customer account and able to complete the billing but I am unable to complete the billing by using the Order for Guest option
When I click on Order for Guest, it opens a window and asked for details, Name, Phone number etc.
after clicking on Register, nothing happens, a spinner keeps spinning.

I tired it from Admin account as well as from Store manager account, can anyone please help.

AnilKumar make sure your php version is set to 7.3

And also make sure your sms configuration are correct if you have enabled any sms gateway.

Thanks a lot for the quick help, My server PHP version was auto upgraded to 7.4, I have degraded it to 7.3
working perfectly.
Is there any way out where I can set that store manager can see users registered or taken services from his store.
