how can add a support contact number and when a user clicks it should redirect to phone app

It is possible through the html blocks.
Admin / tranlslate / html block pages (store page / cart page / main page)

Hi you can insert a URL link for a phone number. For direct url to phone dialer use this as url

For sms

sms:09xxxxxxxxxx

Note: 09xxxxxxxxx is the phone number yo want to dial or send an sms to. Be sure to place the correct number format with area code if needed.
