The order bill doesnt need 'comments' that are added by user on the order.
The KOT that gets printed has the 'comments' set on the order.

Rather than telling someone's work "useless" please think twice.

Saurabh first of all it lacks a lot of info, comment, payment methods, order total, customer data. Second KOT is to small to read.

Terminal printer is to messy it’s not clear. It’s a fast job. Don’t get me wrong the terminal module os good and works perfect.

however if you took 20min you could make the ticket much nicer to look at. It is so messy.

Dailylot "Nobody used KOT" - based on what research data are you telling this? Or it's your own opinion?
KOT is for your kitchen where the actual "comment" of the order is required to make the order.

Not quite sure what printer are you using but the KOT font size is exactly the same as the Order Bill size.

Order total, customer data all are present in the Order Bill. Again, KOT means "Kitchen Order Ticket"
Your chef in the kitchen does not need order total and customer data!

Clearly, your comment lacks proper research.

I am using thermal printing module and it's great. KOT is very usefull for our restaurant partners. The prints are super clear easy to read.

When the customer places the order, it does not appear on the store's print note.
