Hay that's not the problem. You need to assign the correct zone.

Assign zone to your restaurant. Then Assign the same zone to your rider. Then assign the same zone to your admins.

Where is 3.5 version? I only see 3.4 on codecanyon?

JusanSG not yet release on CodeCanyon, will be releasing in few hours.

3.5 is manually being distributed to the customers that has purchased the store owner app. (As store owner app requires v3.5+)

@Saurabh @[deleted] after 3.5 installed default order notification for merchant is not working means we have sub admin account where we have linked all the restaurants for new order notification till 3.4 it was working fine after i updated 3.5 its not working even 50% of the time new store owner app notification not working properly many restaurant owner informed us...

If you have Store partner android app, the one signal notification becomes obsolete and hence we do not STOP sending notifications via OneSignal to Restaurant owner Dashboard (Old dashboard)

Give access to the store partner app to your Staff so that they receive notification on the App, as Dashboard notification will NOT work once you have a better app notification.
