Facing the problem

Dear @Saurabh i have been facing 3 problems
Prob No.1 I am not receiving Notification Tone and pop up when a new order is placed (Store Owners)
I discussed this with @[deleted] he said to go with socketPush to get undisturbed notifications facility.
Prob No.2. I am assigned as delivery guy also, from last 5 days i am not receiving the notification when an order is accepted by the admin or store owners.

Prob No: 3 Push notification of promotional is being sent but few customers are receiving on top screen where as few customers including me not getting it..

Kindly help me out with this prblm to come over

You are talking about the store partner android app or store owner dashboard? socket push has nothing to do with the store dashboard. It only works with delivery partner android app and store partner android app. Please clarify.
Nishidh (@[deleted]) might already have sent you the rules that needs to be checked to get notification.
(No guarantee on notification if SocketPush is not used as we have no control of FCM)
Again, it depends on FCM, if your phone is in power saving mode of Battery Optimization for the app is enabled, notification might not appear immediately.

MehboobNoori - if U use same mobile to test all the app then FCM feels lazy to send notification. to work perfectly either U have to buy paid service or host it by yourself.
