Tawk to is not integrating /Showing in Android app!

Before 3.5 Update, My tawk to chat was integrated and it was working fine. After 3.5 updates, now the tawk to is not working on Andriod app, however, it is working on webview and the application.

It is very hard for me now to interact and monitor my customers' visits on my dashboard and provide chat service.

Perhaps, this is due to update in the coding of the application, hence, I urge you to kindly help me to provide the solution.

Please note: before 3.5 updates tawk to code was integrated into the index.html file.

Now, the same has been applied but it doesn't work. even I spoke to tawk.to team and they say please check with the developer.

I am attaching the image of my old chat before updating 3.5 , I have encircled the foodomaa android app symbol as well, now the android version is not working.

ali check your index.html file if the code is present.

Clear your cache (server cache/dns cache/browser cache)

There has been no changes in 3.5 that will affect anything on Tawkto. So I am pretty sure the issue is either at your end or only a cache issue if you have integrated all things correctly.

Also answer this: was tawkto working with your android app previously? Or you just purchased the android app and updated to 3.5? Please clear this our for me first.

Saurabh I had purchased foodoma andriod app and in 3.4 the tawkto was working perfectly as I have shared the picture and the encircled icon of "FOODOMAA ANDRIOD" app.

now webview app is having no issue, the website link is working fine, only the android app users are not showing at the monitoring dashboard of tawk to. Thus we don't know who/when entered on our websites and we do not analyze our andriod app visitors.

with due respect, if there was a cache issue, it shouldn't be working on webview app and website link.

please let me know if you need any further detail or any input from my end.

I have also integrated the code in Custom home message coding place. still nothing working.

When I visit your website from a web browser, I don't see the Tawkto chat icon showing anywhere.
I can see Tawkto JS and CSS files are getting loading, but surely you have some config wrong on your TawkTo dashboard.

And to prove my point, I added your Tawkto script to my own website, it doesn't work there too.
So, I can say for 100% sure that the issue is with your config on Tawkto Dashboard!!!

And please whenever you create a post like this, please DO NOT PANIC !!!
Try to understand that we are not at all liable for your screwups on a 3rd party website.

If you are still not convinced, revert back to 3.4 and check, the tawkto will not on 3.4 too, as you have config issues.

With All due respect, Here is the prove of your visit.

in my Tawkto settings, I have hidden the chat icon on mobile and desktop so that the tawk to chat icon should not cover my foodomaa app icons. secondly, we have integrated this only for the monitoring purpose, when we need to chat, we send a msg to the customer and the customer get the pop up and start chatting.

If you visit our website after reading this, I can send you HI msg , it will appear to you from no where and we can start chatting.

please let me know if you need any further clarification

ali remove all the customizations on the Tawkto dashboard you have made (but ofcourse remember what changes you make)

Then with default settings check your android app.

Cannot help more than this, but can tell you for 100% sure that there has been no changes in 3.5 regarding this. So you can go back to 3.4 and check (you will get the same issue)

I completely understand that you are not liable for any third-party integration, only we expect humble support from you since you are an expert in this, and to be honest, the only reason to stick with the foodomaa app is the support we get from you people.

I have contacted the Tawkto team as well and trying my best to find the resolution of the issue.

ali I think all of us were using Tawk or similar chat systems for customer support. But still, Foodomaa says they didn't get enough requests!! Why?
