I incrase delivery price from 1 to 1.5 first kilomer and all go wrong.
It miss on every order more than 1 kilometer, half of price
And I say to all restaurants from today is new prices :-(
Helveticom You probably have rounding enabled. Check the customer settings in your admin.
Ragingmoomoo Yes is enabled, but should only rounding kilometers. There it round down half of somthing.
Nobody have solution for this bug !
After many test I fund finaly myself what is happening. The foodoma app take base delivery charge + extra delivery charge and than round it up. This is ok when you have your business outside europe and usa. But in cuntry where delivery charge is half $ or € everting go wrong and you lose 40% every day on delivery charge. Please separete bas distance charge and extra delivery charge in round up option.
