Official customer app with Paytm payment gateway

There was no official application From starting of Foodomaa so from day one I am using the PWA app but after the last 2 updates we are facing a serious problem with push notification which is not going to all customers it's Just showing to a few users only which was earlier goes to all users by PWA app.
Now I am thinking of buying a customer application but this customer application has an issue with Razorpay gateway which charge on all transactions whether on UPI, Credit, or debit and there is swiggy zomato in the area so just to compete with them I m doing business in the low margin so I am using PAYTM gateway which only charges on credit cards. But customer app has an issue with the Paytm gateway where customers have to enter UPI id manually Because not redirected to the UPI app Google pay and phone pay but in the PWA app working well and payment directly with UPI application which is a little lengthy process I think on behalf of the customer.
I want a solution on this for Foodomaa customers which may result into profit and we can give tough competition to swiggy zomato and others and it will also help us to make our business profitable and we can give an offer to customers and even we can do marketing.

But customer app has an issue with the Paytm gateway where customers have to enter UPI id manually Because not redirected to the UPI app Google pay and phone pay.
If customers order from the site (browser) able to pay via Paytm UPI without any issue.

Reported issue to Paytm, response is there is no issue.

That's why we disable Paytm and use Razorpay.

honey One of my client faced the same issue during initial days of foodoma ( we had a app based on webview - much like current foodoma customer application ). The reason for this issue is, payment gateways paytm looks for installed UPI apps on the phone and only if they find at least one UPI app they will show the button to redirect to that particular application. But, this script won't work on android webview ( Only work on major web browsers like firefox, chrome).
We understood this limitation and move away from web view and completely rebuilt the entire foodoma pwa in Flutter.
Now everything works smoothly

hasilt - Please don't refer moving to another platform, try better to find solutions. Eatiko, Foodoor, Pykin, Delvento and few business in south India have already solved the solution on their app. So suggest your ideas or Leave the platform.

LocalBazaar There isn't a proper solution with webview, unless google itself allows UPI deeplinking from webview. BTW, eatiko has a react native app & foodoor got a flutter app

hasilt eatiko doesn't have a full react native app, they have webview app on that they have integrated Paytm official SDK same like how we have integrated Razorpay Android SDK on our native android webview app.
