How do you guys deal with the lack of knowing when the order is ready?

It must be extremely annoying for your drivers to not know when the order is ready to be picked up, having to wait around wasting time. How do you guys deal with it?

I think it's better for the courier to wait for the order 10-15 minutes than for the restaurant to prepare the order 20 minutes + the courier finds out that the order is ready eats to the restaurant 15 minutes + the courier eats to the client 20-30 minutes = Total 60 minutes

knurillaev correct flow should be accept the order with time. Stpre accept the order and give xx mins to prepare the order. Delivery boy should reach the store the store in xx min to pick up the order.

knurillaev But the thing is Foodomaa still doesn't have the option to allow restaurants to input the prep time for whatever reason. Do you just assign your drivers earlier and have them wait? Do they not complain to you? Since time wasted waiting could be used for them to do another delivery.

josan420 Yeah that should be the flow, but it's still not even close to being implemented on Foodomaa from what I can tell. So I'm wanting to do it myself.
