cant upload image

can someone help me?

The image should only be in jpg, png format. (Preferred jpg)

when im try upload logo.png and click save. nothing happen..

For logo/favicons upload only PNG images.
Do you see a Settings Saved success message? If yes then try opening the admin dashboard in Incognito mode and check (might be cache issue)
