Kindly someone helps me to find a FREE CHAT WIDGET WITH VISITORS MONITORING option, Tawk to is not working on the android app!!

@Saurabh Is there any solution for this? Tawk was really helping us for customer support.
After new Android App Tawk.to not working, now we are not able to give live support and it really reduced our sales!
We moved to your android app for better customer experience and for more sales but now..!
Please help us..

Rahul on our android app we use a custom User Agent (our Foodomaa user agent)

This is causing the 3rd party chat platforms like Tawkto, Zopim etc to malfunction.

The Foodomaa user agent cannot be changed as all the native android features are built around it.

We will try to find a solution later.

For now, you can add custom html with your support WhatsApp number like: wa.me/123456789

This will trigger the WhatsApp chat directly.

Saurabh unfortunately, such an html block does not work, the application does not send a link to the browser, so the user remains inside the application and sees messages that whatsapp is not installed on the phone, the link from the banners is also the same

knurillaev if you have the android customer app, it will open WhatsApp automatically.

knurillaev are you using our official android customer app? Any other webview app will not work.

And https://wa.me/*** links will work fine as it's hard coded on the core to support.
