Rahul both plans have 5GB storage for images.
Images are auto scaled and optimised to the best quality. 5GB is is more than sufficient for a ton of images. So you can actually store approx 1.3Lakhs Item images. That's huge.
And if a business needs more than that (which I doubt anyone will) $5/m additional for more 5GB.
If you have 1.3L items, that means you will be doing 1Cr in monthly revenue.

I wanted to know, as for new payment gateways, how is it? like someone with an extended license who has another payment gateway that is not on foodomaa.

fgsolucoes You cannot integrate the payment gateways yourself.
If you are ready to join the new platform, and if you already have integrated a new payment gateway with an Extended License, you can provide us with the codes, we will review it and improvise it and with your help, we will make that ready for the new platform as well. (Of course this will be done free of cost and will be available for everyone at no extra cost)

If a person does not have an extended version and wants a payment gateway that you do not have integrated into the new platform, will it be possible to integrate a new payment gateway?

fgsolucoes if you already do not have the code ready for Foodomaa, it will be added to the roadmap, and depending on the priority of that particular integration, we will add that. You yourself will not be able to add it. Only we can deploy codes to production on the new platform. With this way the security and integrity of the platform can be ensured for all our clients.

how will work for customizations in front end with CSS or JS? I have seen multi tenancy app that is possivel to every tenant change the design using personal css and js editing.

Saurabh I have small customization in the order controller for getting notifications for restaurants even in automatic accept mode.
It's just a one-line code but helps very much to the business. Can you add that also in the new platform?

wellingtonrodrigues we have plans to built our own whatsapp integration. Will only be implemented after the initial launch.

Yes custom css can be used. Custom JS will not work as the customer application is built on ReactJS and is not like other generic websites that uses Vanilla JS or jQuery.

wellingtonrodrigues iOS app not in the initial launch as we donot have any resources as of now for iOS app.

Later we will also have full desktop version of Foodomaa (included in both Free and Pro plan) - will be done in the future.

If you need a landing page, you could host it yourself on your main domain, example myfooddelivery.com and host the main Foodomaa app in app.myfooddelivery.com and point this subdomain to our platform. That will work fine.
In the initial launch, we donot have landing pages templates. Later we might bring if it feels necessary.

The order placing functions are completed. The notification functions are yet to be implemented. We will complete that soon and will take this point into consideration.

Twillio SMS is extremely expensive in my country (10x vs another countries), will new platform supports another login method (chosen by admin in dashboard), or only phone OTP?

JusanSG In my country, too like any other product or service in USD. That is one of the reasons why I chose to use whatsapp instead of sms.

Both Email and OTP login flow will be supported. Admin can choose what to enable for their website.

On OTP login, the email is now made optional (very popular request)

kindly add custom sms gateway like android sms gateway , as using international sms gateways is very expensive and local once is not getting calls from servers outside the country , so i m stuck with the solution of android sms gateway 🙁

@Saurabh I would like to know if in the new SaaS platform it will be possible to apply extra charges (as a percentage of each sale and delivery cost) as a concept for online payments. In my country, the most popular payment gateway is Mercado Pago, but the commission costs are very high, so much so that it is not justified to face them because they represent practically 80% of the profits obtained for each sale charged through this payment gateway. In addition to this, I now have to think about the % that you will apply for each sale, which makes it very unattractive for my business to use this online payment method.
However, if that cost could be transferred to the customer, then we could activate Mercado Pago without problems and keep our profit.
