Why support expired purchased for 6 months?

We have purchased foodomaa support for 6 months from official foodomaa shop website on the date of April 6, 2022 as we want support from official foodomaa team. Today we create ticket for support and the support team said that "Your Support has expired". I wonder why he said expired although we purchased in more than a month ago only.
We pay for 6 months support, but now we only get support for more than a month from the date of purchase. now we couldn't get any support as foodomaa is only looking into SaaS. That isn't fair. Why did you accept the support purchase if you are not taking any responsibility for that. I'm looking forward to hearing more from support team.

waiyan it might be just misunderstanding as you have purchased the support pack directly from us, there is no link between your license code and our support extension.

Kindly post the same over the ticket and we will update our internal data to that this mistake don't happen again.
